Whether it's a banker's desire leading to the destruction of our economy; a terrorist's desire for justice that leads to the destruction of lives, or an individual's desire for satisfaction that leads to the destruction of a friendship or relationship; the themes of Desire&Destruction are very pertinent to our species.

An ensemble of ten perform three plays at Riverside Studios, Hammersmith from 26th January to 21st March 2010.

Romeo and Juliet and A Taste of Honey both explore the pain of youth.

Two tales of teenage angst.
Two tales of remarkably strong young women.
Two classic pieces of theatre with strong relevance for today.

An ensemble of five will perform both plays, which are regularly on school curricula,
and each production will be designed to turn around in less than an hour.
Two shows, but one get-in and one get-out.

Romeo and Juliet and A Taste of Honey will tour England, Scotland and Wales
from mid-September until late-November 2009. Then Northern Ireland and Eire from
late-January until April 2010, before returning to London.
